Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Omacro, LLC (“Omacro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information across three distinct services:
- the public Omacro website at omacro.com (the Website);
- the authenticated Omacro administrative platform (the Admin Platform); and
- Omacro dealer-locator and Buy Now experiences embedded on our customers’ websites (the Widget).
The information handled by each service is different. The sections below describe each service separately.
1. Public Omacro Website
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or demo-request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, and message.
The Website offers optional Google Analytics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process information about Website visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referring pages, link and button interactions, approximate location, and technical information ordinarily supplied by a web browser or network connection. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in our Website configuration.
If you decline analytics, Omacro keeps analytics storage denied. We store your analytics preference locally in your browser so the Website can remember your choice. You may reopen the choice using the Cookie preferences control in the Website footer.
How we use Website information
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, arrange demonstrations, and communicate about Omacro services. If you allow analytics, we use the resulting Website measurements to understand Website performance and improve its content and usability.
2. Omacro Admin Platform
Information we collect
The Admin Platform is used by Omacro supplier, brand, seller, distributor, and other business customers. Depending on the account and services used, Omacro may collect and maintain:
- account-holder names, business contact information, login and authentication records;
- company, brand, seller, location, and business-profile information;
- product catalogs, product links, inventory and product-feed information;
- supplier and seller relationships and service configuration;
- support communications, administrative activity, and operational records; and
- reporting and analytics associated with the customer’s use of Omacro services.
How we use Admin Platform information
We use this information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, operate and support the Omacro service, process customer-provided catalogs and feeds, manage supplier and seller relationships, provide reporting, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and communicate with customers.
3. Embedded Omacro Widget
The Widget helps a visitor locate sellers or take actions such as viewing a seller, requesting directions, calling a location, or following a product link.
Information the Widget handles
The Widget does not retain or store raw IP addresses. An IP address may be processed transiently to determine an approximate city, state or province, and country, after which the raw IP address is discarded. Omacro retains only anonymous, aggregated city, state or province, and country information that is not related to a specific user.
The Widget does not store device or browser information. It does not collect a visitor’s name, street address, email address, telephone number, payment information, or account information merely because the visitor uses the Widget.
The Widget may record anonymous interactions needed to provide customer reporting, such as the product or brand requested, the customer website on which the Widget appeared, approximate aggregated location, seller results displayed, and actions taken within the Widget. These records are not tied to an identified individual.
How we use Widget information
We use Widget information to return relevant seller results, operate and improve the service, measure anonymous aggregate activity, and provide each Omacro customer with reporting about Widget activity on that customer’s own website.
Omacro does not use Widget information for advertising, cross-site profiling, sale, or sharing for behavioral advertising. Suppliers and other Omacro customers may access anonymous aggregate data associated with their own websites and services; they do not receive raw IP addresses or user-specific profiles from Omacro.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate these services. Known providers include:
- Cloudflare, for Website delivery, security, and hosting;
- Web3Forms, for Website contact and demo-request form delivery;
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for optional consent-controlled Website analytics;
- Google Maps, where mapping and location presentation are used in Omacro services.
Omacro may also use hosting, database, email, security, and support providers to operate the Admin Platform and Widget. These providers may process information only to perform services for Omacro, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Omacro, our customers, or others.
Sale, Advertising, and Cross-Site Profiling
Omacro does not sell personal information. Omacro does not use personal information or Widget data for cross-site behavioral advertising or profiling, and does not share it for those purposes.
Where applicable law grants a right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, there is currently no such Omacro activity to opt out of. We will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference, including Global Privacy Control where legally required, as a request applicable to any future activity covered by that signal.
Data Retention
Omacro currently retains Website submissions, Admin Platform account and operational records, and anonymous aggregated Widget data indefinitely unless the information is deleted at a customer’s or individual’s request, an account or agreement requires its deletion, or applicable law requires a different period.
Because Widget location and interaction data is anonymous and aggregated, Omacro may not be able to associate that information with, or retrieve it for, a particular individual.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent for optional processing.
To exercise a privacy right, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. You may appeal a decision or complain to your local privacy regulator where applicable.
The Website’s optional analytics consent can be changed at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.
International Processing
Omacro and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information across borders.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no network, system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Children
Omacro’s services are intended for businesses and general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice where required by law.
